TD Troubleshooting Playbook
- P: Scorebot stops receiving Data
- S: Power Cycle on site by POC
- Unplug Ethernet and/or Power cable (if applicable)
- P: Score bug in-sync in Flowics, Not in Tricaster
- S: Restart TC when possible
- P: Tricaster unable to record
- S: Verify storage in TC, make sure everything is uploaded to Dropbox and delete previous game recordings
- If not solved, Reboot TC (notify shift supervisor)
- P: Tricaster unable to Stream
- S: Verify Stream key with Shift Supervisor
- If stream button is gray, restart TC
- If correct Restart TC (notify shift supervisor)
- P: Camera offline or lagging
- S: Have Supervisor Power cycle
- P: Unable to access TC or KVM
- S: Have onsite POC Power cycle (notify shift supervisor)
- P: TC screen is Black
- S: Close Remote PC and Re-open
- If not working still, Have POC power-cycle TC (notify shift supervisor)
- P: Audio not in KVM
- S: Close Remote-PC and Re-Open
- P: HH camera says “No Signal”
- S: Restart TC Immediately (notify shift supervisor)
- P: HH is black for a period of time.
- S: Contact Shift Sup ASAP
- P: Wireless has unstable video feed
- S: Have client power cycle wireless transmitter and receiver
- Transmitter Located on back on camera
- Receiver is somewhere in Press-box
- If the issue persists, notify shift sup. Will have to schedule appointment to troubleshoot.
